Charity Irapadaoluwa Adalumo (nee Adeniran) was born on the 28^th November, 1983 as the fourth child of Pastor John Biola and Mrs Elizabeth Omowumi Adeniran, Proprietor and Proprietress of Grace and Glory International Group of Schools.

She was a pioneer teacher of Grace and Glory Nursery and Primary School such that she taught the pupils from kindergarten, nursery and primary classes when the school started in 1999, until she later gained admission to the University of Ado-Ekiti and thereafter obtained a degree in English Language in 2004.

After she completed the compulsory one year National Youth Service in Enugu State in 2005, owing to her love for teaching, she continued with the Secondary arm of the school and taught for two years ,thereupon she set a great record for the school with the  JSSCE students achieving extraordinary performance in their English Language.

Being an avid learner, she started another degree in Law at the Obafemi Awolowo University and concluded it in 2011, proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus for a year upon which she participated in the Bar Exam and passed successfully. Hence, she was called to Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2013. 

She still practices as a lawyer up till date and has continually utilized her versatile and professional skills for the growth and development of the school. She is happily married.
